Workplace Bullying Harassment
Harassment and Dealing With It
Have you ever noticed that in your workplace or your circle of friends that there is one person or a group that constantly talk badly of other people behind that person’s back?
There is always one person who is a bully or exhibits traits of being a bully. Let’s take the example of a typical bully who spreads gossip, puts down one worker at a time and spreads the most malicious gossip about one person who now becomes “The Victim”.
Now this bully will not say it to the face of the victim, but to other co-workers and friends. The bully alienates the victim from other friends and co-workers by convincing them the victim is a horrible worthless person.
At times you will find the bully will roam in packs. That is when one starts on the poor victim another person will join in and verbally attack that person amongst other co-workers and friends.
This is covert and targeted bullying and harassment where the bullies have changed the thinking of co-workers and friends who in turn do not trust or like the victim.
Let’s be quite clear about these bullies here, that they just pick a victim “they do not like” or “who does not fit in their group”.
I refer to these bullies as members of the Slammers Club. Its a club that is designed to inflict as much damage as possible on the poor victim before they even find out they have been targeted.
When the victim seeks help or support from their co-workers or friends, it is too late, the Slammers Club has performed their work quite clinically.
What happens to the victim? They suffer workplace bullying and harassment and are in an environment that is no longer their sanctity nor do they have the security of friends and co-workers.
This leads to a workplace application for stress to a workers compensation insurer and the victim is off to the doctor – being diagnosed with workplace stress and anxiety. The victim is then prescribed anti psychotic medications and subsequently their whole life, work, family, everything is turned upside down.
The victim either lives a continuing life of medications or counseling in an attempt to regain their mental health. The Slammers Club continues on with their work until they have a workforce that they want, until someone steps out of line and they then become the victim.
Psychic ability in the workplace will come in the form of your intuition where you have gained a first impression of your workmates and friends. You will soon identify the members of the Slammers Club and this is where you make your decision.
Do you yourself become a member of the Slammers Club or do you keep away from other Slammers? Once you identify the victim do you ignore them or do you offer them your support?
To maintain friendships, harmony in the workplace, you need to identify a Slammer and do not support them. If the Slammer is a friend, then perhaps you need to decide if you need to change friends.
If your a Slammer yourself, you must stop and realise the damage that is being inflicted on the victim. No one deserves to be a victim leading to a serious medical condition.
If your an Employer you need to rort out the Slammers Club and get rid of them.
Being a better person living whole of life integrity is not by being a member of the Slammers Club as a Slammer is not a better person nor one to be liked.
The Slammers Club members are the ones who inflict workplace bullying and harassment and need to stop.

this is awesome and very true. even if you don’t really believe in psychic stuff, you must admit that intuition is something that is real and should be payed attention to. you can usually pick up on who the “slammers” are as stated in this article. They will be the ones who gossip and bash others right in front of you. It is truly a case of “lead, follow, or get out of the way”. Leading would be going on your own , staying outside of the pack of jackals. Following would be joining the pack and submerging your personality and your conscience, which takes it toll anyway. Getting out of the way would be getting a position transfer or going to another company.
