Psychic Ability Development

Am I Psychic? This is not something we GET but something we have. What are the signs of being psychic?

They are many and come in different forms. Do you know who is telephoning when the phone rings, do you foresee a person and later it comes true or do you just know that everything will be all right?

Psychic talents are generally not used for your own personal gain, example – picking the winner of the next race or the lotto numbers.

This psychic talent is a process that helps us through our daily lives. The realization can be calming or can be a warning. Generally no danger comes with having such an ability but it is an awareness we must take heed of.

To develop your psychic ability talents you should listen to what you are being told, such as the thought that flashes in your head or that feeling you get when you think of something. It is listening to your thoughts that is the first step in developing your abilities. To continue developing your talents read as much on the subject you can.

Putting your psychic talents to practical use in your every day working life can be of benefit, especially when it comes to your workplace relationships with your managers, supervisors and co-workers.

A section has been dedicated to work place bully and harassment that describes our projections in life and dealing with workplace conflict.

How To Handle A Reconciliation In The Midst Of A Divorce

Regardless of whether a divorce is amicable or contested, most everyone agrees that it is a difficult process to navigate. Most people see this as the very end of the relationship for the two people. However, our Bristol Divorce Solicitors are starting to see more and more that a divorce doesn’t necessarily mean the end of the relationship.

Screen icon Elizabeth Taylor is one of the most famous examples of this trend. She married, divorced and remarried several different men over her lifetime.

Once the two people start moving through the divorce proceedings, the situation can become much more real to them. Many times people let their emotions take over when they make the decision to file for divorce. However, when the reality of what life will be like when they are no longer married hits them, they sometimes decide that their issues could be resolved after all.

When the original divorce papers were officially filed, the relationship became a legal issue. If you are thinking about reconciliation, it should also be treated as a legal matter. It is important that your rights and interests are protected throughout the process in case the reconciliation is not successful.

One available option to a couple who wishes to reconcile is a Deed of Reconciliation. This is a legal document that is designed to spell out the couples wishes for the divorce that is in process. An example of something that may be fully documented within the Deed of Reconciliation is the promise to not continue on to the final divorce without trying to reconcile for three months. Other items may be addressed as well.

Another legal document is called a ‘mid-nup’. This is a document that is similar to a prenuptial agreement, except it is filed in the middle of a divorce instead of at the beginning of a marriage. This document that will detail how the couple intends to deal with financial issues while they work on their reconciliation.

If the couple decides to reconcile after the divorce, it is a different situation completely. Because of the previous relationship, people may believe that they have the same rights that they had when they were married. However, unless they legally remarry, this is not the case.

Regardless of the details of your situation, if you are in the middle of a divorce and you decide that you would like to attempt reconciliation, it is in your best interest to speak to your solicitor about the best way to proceed.
